This CD is unashamedly the "budget model" for paper based CD-ROMs. The ACCD is authored in Adobe Acrobat and the papers/PowerPoint's are read through the free reader. What you receive with this CD is the heart of any "sophisticated" CD and that is the papers, PowerPoints etc… the heart of most conference CDs, without the greater expense.

Below are some of the benefits of the ACCD:

Conference Papers, PowerPoints, charts, photos etc

The great benefit of Portable Document Files (PDF) is that most documents created regardless of what software the document was created in can be converted to a PDF. This means that all your original sources will be readable on the CD in one convenient format. The format of the papers allows for the inclusion of full colour graphics, tables and slides.

Search Engine

Using the Acrobat search engine, the papers can be searched by key words to bring up those papers of most interest and printed out as required.

Huge Cost Savings

Because the papers can be printed out as required, there is no need to produce costly printed proceedings. Further to this, there are no costly mailing or freight charges when sending out the proceedings or abstracts from the conference.

No Technical Demand

EverTechnology Meeting Services philosophy towards technology is simple. It needs to be interactive (the user controls the CD) and easy to use. Playing is a simple matter of inserting the CD into the drive for the auto start to run the CD. Once the opening page is displayed, the user simply clicks to the index. All titles are linked, so it is simply a matter of selecting a paper either from the index or the bookmark to be taken directly to the paper.

If the user does not have the free Acrobat reader, there is a copy on the CD. The CD is programmed to automatically prompt the user to install a copy of the reader for this situation.

Internet Connectivity

Speakers can have their email and web addresses embedded into their papers. This means that a delegate can simply click on this address and begin correspondence with the presenter. This feature extends the life of the conference by encouraging the exchange of ideas long after the conference is finished.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship can be acknowledged on the CD with custom designed pages, links back to a web site or simply a custom designed page with all the sponsors logos displayed.

Turnaround Time

A master CD can be turned around in 5 working days once all the resources are submitted.

Save Time

For each conference a project manager is assigned to manage the project through to a successful conclusion. The project manager task is two fold. He will help you bring together all of the individual components required so that the stress of producing what is a highly technical product is alleviated, and secondly to ensure it will be delivered
on time and within budget.

Security

The CD can be designed so that security codes are assigned to the CD. Examples are password protection, the ability to print from the CD, changing the document, content accessibility etc.
